HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

  1. Via Phone - Call 1800-619-1199. (Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm EST) 
  2. Via Fax - Fax 973-923-9661. (Monday - Sunday 24 hours a day)
  3. Via Web - VitaminFactory.com (Monday - Sunday 24 hours a day)
  4. Via Mail - Mail orders to the address below and be sure to include payment. Make check or money order payable to The Vitamin Factory. Do not send cash. Sorry, no CODs.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

  1. Standard Shipping

    Most orders are shipped via UPS within 24 hours of receipt (or by the next business day). You should receive your order in 7-10 days. P.O. Box orders will be shipped via U.S. Mail and may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

  2. Rush Delivery

    For an additional charge to your regular shipping charge, we will ship your order (in stock items only) via UPS Air Express within 3 business days. UPS Air Express orders received after 1pm EST will be shipped on the next business day. This offer applies to shipments of up to 15 lbs. Sorry, Express delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPA addresses or anywhere outside the Continental U.S.

  3. Shipping outside the Continental US

    Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and Canada are shipped via U.S. Mail and may take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. We cannot offer express delivery to any of these areas. There is an additional $25.00 charge for standard shipping on all Canadian orders. All orders must be paid for in U.S. dollars. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We do not ship to any other international countries except to the ones listed above. PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed on weekends will not be processed until the next business day. Also, all internet orders placed after 1:00 pm EST, will not be processed until the next business day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

  4. Liquid Items

    There is an additional $1.00 charge for each liquid item ordered.

  5. US Postal Service

    Orders that ship via US Postal Service can only be for 1-2 bottle orders.

WHAT IS THE SALES TAX?

We are required by law to collect sales tax in New Jersey. All New Jersey residents ordering essential oils, books, and health and beauty aids must add 7% sales tax.

WHAT HAPPENS WITH BACKORDERS?

Although we do our best to keep all merchandise in stock, it is sometimes beyond our control and we must backorder some items. Upon delivery to our warehouse, backordered items will be automatically shipped to you. If for some reason your order cannot be filled within 30 days, we will contact you for further instructions, You may cancel your backordered items at any time by calling toll free 1-800-619-1199 Mon. - Fri., 9:00am to 5:00pm EST.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS ON YOUR PRODUCTS?

Our order packers take great care in packing your orders, however, breakage does sometimes occur during shipping. If you have received damaged merchandise, keep all packing material and contact us at 1-800-619-1199. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, call for authorization and then return the unused portion within 30 days for a prompt replacement or a full refund. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Merchandise over 30 days old is not refundable. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

CAN I PAY WITH A GIFT CARD?

For the safety of our customers' credit card information, we match credit card billing address to the delivery address on the order. For this reason, we are unable to honor gift cards as form of payment for orders.
